So come and share the good times,
and let’s forget the bad,
If you’ve decided not to come,
there are some that will be sad.
If it sounds like I lament
for my days of teenage youth,
I’ll tell you this, that nothing
could be further from the truth.
For you see, when I go back to Bowman,
the thing that’s really neat,
Is that I will have some new friends
with a second chance to meet.
We can’t turn back the clock,
but I know that you and I
Can talk about the good times
we shared at Bowman high.
The hallways now are empty,
you won’t hear any noise,
We’re all little older,
not teenage girls and boys.
BUT, if you’ve decided not to come
and send us your regrets,
We’ll all be thinking of you
and wish you all the best.
I’m going back to Bowman,
I hope I’ll see you there.
And if you’re among the missing,
I, for one, will care.
